Master Miller Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil recommended
1 and 1/2 cups of cooked or canned chickpeas (250 g)
1 tablespoon of Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 30 minutes
- Take the tray out of the oven and add the chickpeas to a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir until they are well mixed.
- Bake again in the over for 10-15 more minutes. You can eat them hot or cold.
