BALSAMIC DRESSING

INGREDIENTS

½ red Thai chile, finely chopped, or ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 garlic clove, finely grated

¼ cup Garcia de la Cruz Organic Balsamic Vinegar

¼ cup whole-milk Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons García de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS
  • Mix chile, garlic, Garcia de la Cruz Organic Balsamic Vinegar, yogurt, García de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, honey, and salt in a pint-sized jar, seal, and shake vigorously until dressing is smooth and no lumps of yogurt remain, about 20 seconds.
  • Dressing can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.
