BEAN TURKEY SALAD

Hand Blown Glass Bottle Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil recommended

INGREDIENTS
  • 200g of cooked beans

100g of diced turkey breast

• ½ onion

• Lettuce/green leaves

• 2 tablespoons Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

• 1 tablespoon of Garcia de la Cruz Organic Balsamic Vinegar

• 1/3 teaspoon of salt

DIRECTIONS
  1. Put the beans in a bowl.
  2.  Peel and cut the onion into strips and add to the bowl
  3. Add the turkey, the Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garcia de la Cruz Organic Balsamic Vinegar and salt and mix all the ingredients.
