BEAN TURKEY SALAD


Hand Blown Glass Bottle Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil recommended
INGREDIENTS
- 200g of cooked beans
• 100g of diced turkey breast
• ½ onion
• Lettuce/green leaves
• 2 tablespoons Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon of Garcia de la Cruz Organic Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/3 teaspoon of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Put the beans in a bowl.
- Peel and cut the onion into strips and add to the bowl
- Add the turkey, the Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garcia de la Cruz Organic Balsamic Vinegar and salt and mix all the ingredients.
