Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounces of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9-inch cake pan and set it aside. On the stove top melt 8 ounces of dark chocolate
  2. Once melted+combined well, pour into mixing bowl. Add in 1 cup sweetener
  3. Mix everything else in until well combined-this batter is THICK! That means you’ve done it right! Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before taking it out. Put whatever toppings on top you’d like
