Crispy Artichoke Bites with Aioli

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. Artichoke flowers

  • 2 tablespoons Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Freshly ground sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons Garcia de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1-2 tablespoon Garcia de la Cruz Balsamic Vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon Kirmizi Aci Biber (roasted red pepper flakes) or cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium size pan, toss the artichokes with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Roast until crispy, charred and seared, about 25 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, make aioli: In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, and red pepper
  3. Serve Brussels sprouts on a platter with aioli
  4. Enjoy!
