Halloween Chorizo Olive Bites


INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Spanish chorizo sausage 4.6 oz
- 1/4 cup full-fat cream cheese
- 6 large green olives
- 2 black Spanish olives
DIRECTIONS
- Slice the chorizo into 1/4 in slices
- Grease a large frying pan with olive oil and heat over a medium heat
- Add chorizo to pan in a single layer
- Cook for 2-3min until slightly browned, flip it over, and do the same
- Remove from heat and let it cool off
- Slice green olives through the middle to create four, round olive slices from each
- Mince black olives
To Assemble:
- Arrange chorizo on a serving platter and add a teaspoon of cream cheese to each piece
- Press a green olive slice into the cream cheese on each piece
- Then place a tiny piece of black olive into the middle of each green olive
