Halloween Chorizo Olive Bites

  • 1/2 Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Spanish chorizo sausage 4.6 oz
  • 1/4 cup full-fat cream cheese
  • 6 large green olives 
  • 2 black Spanish olives
  1. Slice the chorizo into 1/4 in slices
  2. Grease a large frying pan with olive oil and heat over a medium heat
  3. Add chorizo to pan in a single layer
  4. Cook for 2-3min until slightly browned, flip it over, and do the same
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool off
  6. Slice green olives through the middle to create four, round olive slices from each
  7. Mince black olives

To Assemble:

  1. Arrange chorizo on a serving platter and add a teaspoon of cream cheese to each piece
  2. Press a green olive slice into the cream cheese on each piece
  3. Then place a tiny piece of black olive into the middle of each green olive
