Homemade Guacamole

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ½  lemon juiced 
  • 6 drops of hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 1/2 green pepper 
  • Cilantro
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  1. Cut avocado in half and remove the seed.
  2. In a large bowl place the scooped avocado and mash until chunky.
  3. Add lemon juice to avoid guacamole from oxidizing.
  4. Mince the onion and add salt, black pepper, Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and hot sauce.
  5. Mix all together and add cilantro.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
