Onion Rings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Pinch of white pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Begin by heating up Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a deep pan to later fry on medium heat
  2. While the olive oil begins to heat up, in a medium bowl, combine the egg, 2 tbsp of Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, milk, salt, and pepper, and mix
  3. On the side, begin slicing the onions to create thin rings
  4. When ready, dip the onion rings in the mixture and transfer them to the pan to fry
  5. Allow the onion to cook and remove when ready
