Onion Rings


INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium onions
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Pinch of white pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Begin by heating up Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a deep pan to later fry on medium heat
- While the olive oil begins to heat up, in a medium bowl, combine the egg, 2 tbsp of Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, milk, salt, and pepper, and mix
- On the side, begin slicing the onions to create thin rings
- When ready, dip the onion rings in the mixture and transfer them to the pan to fry
- Allow the onion to cook and remove when ready
