-Preheat oven to 180º.
-Pour some García de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil on each of the sausages and sprinkle oregano.
-Cut the puff pastry into thin strips.
-Wrap the sausages with the strips, crossing them together to give them the appearance of a mummy,
leaving a part uncovered for the face.
-Beat the egg and with the help of a brush, paint the puff pastry with it and sprinkle ground garlic on top.
-Bake them for 20 minutes until the puff pastry is golden.
-With a little mayonnaise, draw the eyes of the mummy and add a ball of black pepper on top.
