ZUCCHINI SPAGUETTI

INGREDIENTS

– 2 zucchini
– 4 tablespoons of García de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 200g of peeled raw prawns
– 1 clove garlic
– Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Wash the zucchini well and cut it in long thin pieces, spaguetti shaped. Add salt and set aside.
4. Pour García de la Cruz Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan. Add the garlic.
5. Add the prawns and sauté for a minute.
6. Add the zucchini spaghetti and stir. Cook for one minute.
7. Add ssalt and pepper to taste.
