Ingredients
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch of chards
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2-4 tablespoons Picual EVOO
  • Vegetable broth
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  1. We start by cleaning the vegetables well and peeling them, then we cut them into medium sized pieces and put them in oil to cook (all except the chards). Add 2 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil to the water.
  2. 15 minutes later we add the clean and cut chards. We cover with vegetable broth . Cook for 1 hour.
  3. Once it’s cooked, we put it all through a blender.
